Case Dismissed was a very good track racehorse and won his first out with ease, a maiden special weight at Delaware Park by 4 1/2 lengths. He raced from 2007-2009 and retired sound, to enter his new career in endurance. He's taking to the trail as nicely as he took to the track.

Case Dismissed is sired by NIVOUR DE CARDONNE 4/17(6-5-2), $302,000. Manganate x Pistache du Cassou by Baroud III. Nivour de Cardonne was an outstanding racehorse. His biggest win came as a 5-year-old when he won the richest, most prestigious Arabian race in the world, the Kahayla Classic run on Dubai World Cup Day. Then to further prove his durability, he finished second in the same race as a 7-year-old.
